Warsaw potato and meat dumplings

One kilogram of boiled and mashed potatoes mix with the same amount of raw, very thinly grated potatoes (remember to drain excess water). Add two tablespoons of potato flour and mix together.

Filling: grind 400 grams of cooked beef. Add 1 chopped and fried onion, an egg, 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs; season with salt and pepper.

Form potato dumplings with meat filling and cook them in salty water for 10 minutes until they surface. Drain and serve dumplings with pork scratchings or bacon.
